3) Excessive screen time can lead to negative affect of mental well being
4)Excessive time spent on screens increases stress levels due to it’s dopamine reward system
5) To much time on screens can cause a negative affect on social relationships as well as increase stress
6)Excessive screen time can play a terrible role on mental well-being and social relationships
