- It seems counterintuitive that multivitamins could do more harm than good. Vitamin companies make millions of the idea that they are making you healthier, however that is not always the case. There is no evidence that multivitamins prevent diseases or chronic illnesses. The labels on the vitamin bottles are also untruthful and are recommending vitamins in quantities that exceed the daily limit. The average person does not need to take a multivitamin because it will do nothing for them.
- It seems counterintuitive that dogs could become even more beloved. However due to new recent studies, that is not the case. Dogs have successfully been trained to sniff out cancer from breath and stool samples. The dogs are able to detect cancer is early and advanced stages. The dogs only wish after doing such hard work, is a quick throw of a tennis ball.
- It seems counterintuitive that girls being clean could lead to illness later on. A stereotype around the world is that girls stay inside where they can stay clean, while it is more accepted for the boys to play outside and get dirty. Since girls are not given the luxury to play outside in the dirt, they are developing disorders from their environment. Women are more likely to asthma, allergies, and autoimmune disorders. Not allowing a girl to play outside while she is young, will cause her to become sicklier growing up.

I like brevity, Indigo, but the goal of good writing is to provide maximum content with minimal language. These are really short on content. If you can improve them by adding content without overloading them with empty words, I’ll be happy to regrade them.
To take just one for example:
—What’s more counterintuitive about this article, I believe, is that highly sophisticated, extremely complicated, extraordinarily expensive equipment and diagnostic tests performed by highly-trained medical professionals should be outdone by a family pet.
—You haven’t mentioned that the dogs can detect cancer long before medical diagnostic tests are even ordered.
—You haven’t mentioned that the dogs can LOCATE the cancer by sniffing particular body parts.
—There are more absences, but those will give you an idea.
This will pass, but I think you can do much better.
Graded.
Revision are always encouraged, even on this minor assignment, which you can revise repeatedly if you wish.
Regrades, too, are always available following substantial improvements.
Should you revise, your Beloved Professor will not automatically notice.
So, if you desire a Regrade, put your post back into Feedback Please and let me know you’ve earned fresh consideration.
I’ll decide whether the improvements are substantial.
(Try not to make things worse. 🙂 )
