My Hypothesis-Goat81

1.Physical activity and its impact on mental health.

2.exercises reducing anxiety and stress such as running, cycling or Playing Favorite Sports Game

3.I wish to explore if regular physical activity considerably lowers anxiety levels compared to inactive life

4.Regular exercise decreases anxiety and stress by raising endorphin levels, improving mood, and releasing tension physically.

5.Aerobic activity (such as high-intensity interval training) provides several benefits.

6.Instead of just stating that exercise reduces anxiety, I think that high-intensity aerobic exercise may briefly raise stress and anxiety following activity but result in greater long-term reductions than moderate exercise. This introduces a less obvious avenue for research.

My hypothesis- iloveme5

Not showing vulnerability to others because we are afraid it will make us look weak, but when we see other people being vulnerable we think they are strong.

  • Maybe there is scientific data behind the why.
  • The brain could be playing a trick on you.
  • Why is it that we can’t be vulnerable to others at times?
  • It dominates one gender more than the other. Men are more likely to not be vulnerable in front of others.
  • Why is it that crying represent vulnerability.
  • The most reactions people get for vulnerability is sympathy but what if a opposite reaction was given such as ridicule or mock.
  • Does it stem from childhood or is are we just born with this trait.
  • There are different types of cries. Why is it that we immediately think of sadness when we see someone crying.

Elevator instructions- iloveme5

A non-sentient elevator that knows only what its told and will respond to instructions whether they are logical or not.

  • The elevator responds to all up or down buttons by pressing on the correct floor number button.
  • The elevator starts at the first floor. There it stays waiting patiently for someone to press a open button.
  • I press the button to go up and my desired floor number the elevator button immediately lights up and goes up
  • When I arrived at the fifth floor which is the button I pressed, the elevator stopped and the door opened by itself.
  • The elevator is letting me know that I have arrived at the pressing of the button command. The elevator does not wait its doors shut after 8 seconds. Letting me know I have arrived at the desired floor but does not if I will exit or stay.
  • The elevator door is now closed.
  • I don’t press any buttons and it atomically goes to the first floor. It will remain in the first floor until a button is pressed for otherwise.
  • Now the door opens again when two more people press the button Up to enter the elevator.
  • They press the button that says 5 indicating to the elevator they want to go to the fifth floor.
  • A Down button to the second floor is pressed while it is still on its way to the fifth floor.
  • As it is on its way to the fifth floor it stops at the second floor first. Although that isn’t what was pressed first. The elevators commands button atomically go to which floor is closer.
  • As it proceeds down it ignores all up summons because it is determined to arrive at floor two.
  • After arriving at floor two it then proceeds to finish its first command which was to go to the fifth floor.
  • After the elevator doors have closed and has been to both commanded floors. Its door shut and it return to the first floor.
  • There it awaits in darkness waiting for someone to press its button to move.

Elevator Instructions—Pineapple448

  • Recognize each of the floor buttons inside the elevator, numbered 1-5 as corresponding to each one of the 5 floors of the building. Have each button light up when pressed.
  • Recognize the up and down call buttons outside the elevator on each of the 5 floors, knowing from which floor the call is coming from, and knowing whether the passenger who called for the elevator wishes to proceed to a floor above them or a floor below them. Have these buttons light up when pressed as well.
  • When one of the call buttons outside the elevator is pressed, proceed to that floor, stop, and open doors. Leave doors open for ten seconds before closing, unless an object is detected between the doors.
  • If an object is detected between doors, open doors until the object is no longer recognized as being between them.
  • When the close-doors button is selected from inside the elevator, close doors immediately rather than waiting the ten seconds, unless an object is being detected between the doors.
  • When a floor button is selected from inside the elevator, proceed to the selected floor and open doors for ten seconds.
  • If multiple floor buttons are selected inside the elevator, proceed to each destination in order of their proximity.
  • If an upwards call button is pressed while in process of proceeding downwards to a floor in response to a floor button inside the elevator being pressed, ignore the request of the call button until after proceeding to the previously selected floor.
    • However, if a downwards call button is selected while proceeding downwards, stop on the floor on which the call button was pressed before proceeding downwards to the floor of the selected floor button.
  • If a downwards call button is pressed while in process of proceeding upwards to a floor in response to a floor button inside the elevator being pressed, ignore the request of the call button until after proceeding to the previously selected floor.
    • However, if an upwards call button is selected while proceeding upwards, stop on the floor on which the call button was pressed before proceeding upwards to the floor of the selected floor button.
  • Use arrow lights outside the elevator to indicate whether the elevator is moving upwards or downwards.
  • If the emergency stop button is pressed inside the elevator, stop immediately.

My Hypothesis- yardie

  1. Diet vs. exercise
  2. Diet vs exercise for obesity.
  3. Diet supposed to exercise is more important when controlling obesity.
  4. The lack of knowledge about diet contributes more to obesity than the lack of exercise in today’s society.
  5. The lack of knowledge about diet contributes more significantly to the obesity epidemic in America than the lack of exercise. While physical activity is an important factor in maintaining a healthy weight, the overwhelming commonness of misinformation on nutrition pushed on us by exploiters who want our money plays a crucial role in the rising rates of obesity.
